Refund policy
All services are non-refundable and must be paid prior to the service date. Services can be rescheduled by the client twice, however, payment must be made in full before the first scheduled service date. If services are cancelled more than twice by the client, Pet Intel. reserves the right to cancel further sessions and issue an online or virtual credit in lieu of in-person services. Services cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (aside from inclement or dangerous driving conditions)
are chargeable. Sessions that are cancelled by Pet Intel. will be rebooked or credited to the customer.
Follow up support by text and email are included in all initial consultations within reason. If more than 14 consecutive days have passed without communication from the customer, this follow-up support is no longer valid.
